Xavier Mariezcurrena
MANAGING PARTNER
Xavier is the co-founder of Over Easy Office (OEO), with over 15 years of food and beverage industry experience supporting leading accounting firms, restaurant groups, and hospitality companies. Xavier is also the co-founder of ChouxBox, the first AP automation platform for F&B, streamlines invoice processing and boosts profitability with real line item data. Previously, he managed beverage programs at venues like Revel Resort and Bobby Flay Steak. As a sommelier, he is passionate about food, wine, and the people behind them.

Tony Aiazzi
MANAGING PARTNER
Tony Aiazzi has built an impressive culinary career over the past two decades. Starting with humble beginnings making submarine sandwiches in Reno, Nevada, Tony rose to become the Corporate Chef at the Charlie Palmer Group. His journey includes cooking in France and serving as a chef on a cruise ship, showcasing his diverse experiences in the culinary world. He has been been a featured author in magazines like Esquire, and NY magazine, among others. Additionally, Tony co-hosts a podcast called Overseasoned with his friend Xavier, providing an entertaining and insightful look into the restaurant industry.

Julie Averona
GLOBAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Julie Averona is the Head of Global Operations at Over Easy Office (OEO), a position she has evolved into after starting with the company in November 2019. With over four years of leadership in this role, Julie has driven significant operational efficiencies and global expansion. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Sales and Business Development at ChouxBox, which is a sister company of OEO, after impressing Tony and Xavier while holding the position of Financial Controller for a restaurant in Philadelphia. Her early career includes a six-year tenure at J.P. Morgan, where she held various positions in EMEA Secondary Loan Trading and Corporate Actions Administration, Third Party Transfers, and Loan Settlements in both London and domestically.

Jessica Palmer, MBA Finance, is the Director of Finance at Over Easy Office, where she has excelled since June 2017. Her role spans several associated entities including Sunnyside Consolidated LLC, and ChouxBox Inc, with her responsibilities taking her to Nevada, New York, the Philippines, and Colombia. Jessica also brings a decade of experience handling budget, billing, taxes, account management, and legal assistance.
